We all handle job stress differently. There is no getting around it.  We can’t always place our own deadlines and workloads, or modify the workplace culture. If stress on the job is snooping with your capability to work, care for yourself or try to handle your personal life, it’s time to acquire action. Try to make office sound proof by coating the cabins and walls with sound fascinating materials. Silence is best antidote for stress.

To append a sporty feeling to the office you can put a few stress toys at employee cabins. Pin arts, sand timers, jigsaw puzzles, squeeze balls and cubix can put some fun to tasteless cabins and can act as stress relievers for the employees.
