At least put three bullet points under each title you’ve held as it reflects professionalism. If you didn’t have three separate and relevant roles in each position, then you don’t need three bullets. Avoid duplication in bullet points.

Award on your resume plays a significance role. Make sure that your award explains what it’s for, and you find yourself worthier in mentioning it.
